King wrinkled his nose at the smell of sea salt, he still wasn't used to this new smell. He stood in the forest ready for something to pounce out. It was his second time guarding and didn't want to fall asleep like the last time. He yawned and started to sit down until something rustled in the bushes. (Anyone want to be the 'rustle in the bushes' ? It could be your dog or a different animals or a stray dog idc. Also I'm not sure if I'm doing this right because i don't know how the place they live in looks or if he can even be guarding.)

A little tan-and-white blur shot out of the bushes, jaws snapping after a butterfly. The dog suddenly noticed the German Shepherd, his large ears flattening as he went on the defense.

"Oi! Who the bloody hell are you?!" he barked loudly, staring angrily up at the larger dog.

King barked back in a startle,"First, who are YOU?" He stared up and down at the small dog...-this will be easy to fight off- King thought as he studied him closely.

The Corgi awkwardly bounced up and down and yipped furiously, ending up looking like some sort of worm as his back end went up before his front end did. He obviously felt threatened by this larger dog.

"I'm descended from 'er Majesty's royal dogs, I am! I'll rough ye up! I'll knock yer bleedin' block off! I'll lop it right off, ye 'ear?" He ended his speel with an indignant bark.

King jurked his head back by the fearce barks, "Well you certenly don't look like a royal dog." He mumbled. "Alright, alright...you can come down now. I'm on guard for my pack though and I'm sorry to tell you but..your trasspassing in our territory." King said with a small growl not wanting to be too rude infront of a "Royal British" dog.
