Alone In The Forest (PRIVATE)

Thistlestar padded silently through the forest, taking in the fresh air and the silent rustling.

Vayla ran away from the Twoleg, who was madly carrying a broom and trying to hit her with it. When the Twoleg stopped, she turned and hissed. She gathered herself up and began walking casually, her head high. She had other responsibilities to take care of today, and apparently the Twoleg didn't want her using the food they had out to have the energy. She rolled her eyes. Mouse-brained fool.

A few hours later, she was at her final errand of the day. She had a few words someone had told her to deliver. What kind of name is Thistlestar, though? Forest cats are odd, the she-cat thought to herself, her paws landing in the soft grass of the plains she knew the tom would be near.
Just a few moments later, Vayla her soft stepping noises coming from the forest. Her paws immediately went controlled and smooth in their movement, making no sound as made her way to the noise. She saw the tom, and her eyes narrowed in delight. This was quite the easy task. He fit the description perfectly.
"Days gone by can never be returned. The last hours will be burned. In the night, there will be no moon. Crackling light will be the final tune," She meowed, her voice detached and eerie. She made sure to stay mostly out of sight of the tom, but she didn't mind if he found her. They weren't her words after all.

Ooc: I hope you liked my take on what you told me ^.^ Maybe we could PM Smoke and ask her for that prophecy to be about a fire, perhaps? I mean, it happened in the books and it's not too huge of an impact. If you don't like it, I'll be happy to change it :)

I love what you have for the prophecy. Sure you can ask smoke to make it into a fire. Maybe it can be about Vayla and Thistlestar but Vayla doesn't know it yet))


Thistlestar caught the scent of a rogue that drifted downward in the wind and rose to his paws at once. "Interesting.." Were his only words as he took a few steps toward the scent. A low growl sounded in his chest. "Maybe i'll play a little game with this one." A devious smile soon plastered itself on his face as he bounded off quietly towards the scent.

He soon stopped short after hearing some rustling. He got down and made his way to a small cluster of ferns and on the other side, he saw a cat. A she-cat who definitely smelled like the rogue. He wriggled down and narrowed his eyes tightly to slits before catapulting out of the ferns and onto the she-cat shortly after hearing the prophecy. He rolled with the rogue in surprise.

Ooc: Be careful not to pwoer-play in a fight. I know it can be hard XD But instead of stuff like 'catapulting onto the she-cat' try 'he attempted to catapult himself onto the she-cat' :3

Vayla hissed at the sudden weight on top of her and struggled to escape it. Once she had she whipped around and glared the tom, hissing with her back arched. "What are you doing mouse-brain!? You don't hurt the messenger," The rogue spat out.

Thistlestar sheathed his claws and got off of her. His expression changed from fierce to confused. "Rogues have ranks..." Didn't see that coming. He thought to himself before flicking his tail. "Never mind, why are you on Windclan territory and what do you have to deliver and to what cat?" He threw the questions on her, his tail lashed and his body was in attack position just in case she was to attack.

"I have a message for you, Thistlestar. So don't kill me when I tell you, alright?" Vayla meowed, flicking her tail in annoyance.

Ooc: sorry for not replying sooner! Been a busy week for me lol.

He felt sheepish and stood back. "Yes what is it?"

The tom's mouth gaped with no words. Thoughts raced through his mind as he processed the words. "Is that a prophecy?" He meowed quietly to the rogue. "And who is it for?" He asked cautiously.

"It's for something called WindClan. As for a prophecy, I dunno," The she-cat meowed, shrugging her shoulders.


Ooc: Super sorry for the late reply! Our internet went down and it was fried so we had to wait for the new wires and stuff to come in DX

The tom closed his mouth and dipped his head. "Thanks, my patrols should be around this area soon so you should go." He indicated towards where the rogues lived.

Ooc: Thistlestar, would you like me to try and contact Static? She hasn't been on in a while :)

Yes, that would be great! Thanks. I've been wondering where she went.

Ooc: She had some major e-mail problems, being hacked and all that so she couldn't find her password when she lost it. Static says she'll be back soon, and she's super sorry about not being on in so long :/
