Hey guys, I won't be coming on a whole lot. Only after 6 pm, since I started volleyball yesterday and I have horse back riding lessons in Saturday. I'll be free on Sunday though, so please don't freak out if I don't come on for a day. Love you guys :3

I didn't know you played volleyball.
I cannot play volleyball at all.
Whenever I was younger and they taught it in PE I had a stress fracture in my foot.
I never learned how to play it at all. No one even taught me how to serve or hit the ball. D:
Now whenever I try, even when someone shows me very carefully, I completely fail.
It doesn't help that it holds the bad memories of when my foot was hurt.
I'm glad you can enjoy it instead of me. :)

I just started playing. I'm not the best, though there are quite a few who aren't trying and simply weren't meant to play Volleyball.... or any sport at all. No offense at all meant to them.
I've never even sprained something. What does it feel like? Is the bone like, pressing against your skin and completely agonizing? I need something to work with.
The more thorough my mind can be the better. But I don't want to break a bone simply to know what if feels like, ya know?

Sorry, it's just not the same for me to talk about imaginary 75% made-up cats' health than it is for me to talk about real human health.
Well, a stress fracture isn't exactly the same as a "broken bone" per say.
I've never actually broken a bone.
A stress fracture is where too much pressure or stress is put on a certain bone, especially for long periods of time.
You see, mine happened when I over-worked myself in Irish Dance. Actually all three of yours did.
My stress fracture was in the fourth metatarsal. Um.... That's like how on your fingers there's these long thin bones leading your wrists to your fingers, you know? Yeah? Well it's those bones inside of feet. Fourth one is the fourth one counting from the center -> outwards. Right foot I believe was my first one.
So the stress fractures are usually miniscule. In fact, mine was so tiny it didn't show up in the X-Ray.
How it feels?
Oh, the pain wasn't the worst for me.
It hurt a little usually, unless I had been walking a lot on those days. Ummm imagine personifying the word "creak", turning it from a noise to a feel, shrinking it down to where it doesn't hurt much and only bothers, then calling it a stress fracture.
Does that make sense?
That's how it felt to me.
BUT NO. THE STRESS FRACTURE WAS INDEED NOT THE WORST PART. NOT BY FAR.
The worst part is the brace. Mine was a simple "short" fracture boot.
And it's not that the brace hurts. I mean, it doesn't like jab knives at you or anything.
But it's tight.
And it's sweaty in there.
And it usually gets covered in dog hair, especially if you have a white dog like I do.
BUT THE WORST PART
The worst part is that you can't move you freaking foot at all.
You can bend your knee and all, but you can move your ankle at all.
I could wiggle the tips of my toes, but I couldn't move my foot.
AGH.
WORST THING EVER.
I just remember whenever I got home I could sit down on my bed and take the stupid brace off, so long as I didn't get up.
Then again, it was hardly worth it because the boot took 15 minutes to put back on.
Ohhh but it feels so good to move your ankle after not moving it for ten hours. It gets sooo stiff.
If it was that bad for me with a simple stress fracture, I can't imagine a broken bone.
Smokey, you do not want to go through that.

I know what the bones are Meggy xD I was forced to memorize all 206 of them at the beginning of the year at my old school. But guess what we talk about in my new school in health now?

Seriously? SAFE SEX? We're only 13, Mr. Teacher with 3 kids by age like, 30. Really, 3 kids. 2, 4, and 6 years old. Good gap compared to me and my brothers, but still! You kinda rushed too quickly man. You're a health teacher at a middle school.
Sorry, I'm blunt sometimes. You know how you have Gem? I was just thinking that if I had something like that, her name would be Sirk. I'd have an alien sharing my brain XD
ANYWAY. My brain is starting to hurt actually, so I'll wrap this up.
School was cancelled, and my Gluteus Maximus hurts like a mother cause it's somehow sore. It hurts to bend down to sit. I can't imagine the annoyance of not being able to move my ankle. I change my sitting position about 2 times per minute and it usually includes moving my ankle.
Irish Dancing. Wow Meggy. Hi Gem. Then again my ass hurts from Volleyball. Excuse my language.
Ya know, believe it or not, I've basically stopped cursing. I say maybe 3 cuss words a week now. And that's when my toe bangs into something ._.

I'm snowed in, too. IT JUST KEEPS HAPPENING. THIS IS MY ELEVENTH SNOW DAY!! They are subtracting days from spring and summer now! And they're thinking of doing Saturday school!
