Hi Akeankin! I'm Roo, one of the mods on the site. Welcome, we're glad to have you! To create a character, you'll have to fill in one of these character forms and post it in Character Creation :

Unless it's a high-position cat (e.g., leader, medicine cat etc...), you don't need to wait for anyone to verify your character and you can get straight into roleplaying.
