Oh. So that's why I'm so upset.
You gave all of your worry to me.
Sorry! I freak out about everything! I can't help it. I freak out when my parents cut me off from a sentence. It drives me crazy and I just sit there trying to stammer stuff.
I still feel bad, even if you don't! I can't help it!

Yes, you can. Just control that worry and put into a ball, and throw it as far as you can to the back of your mind. We don't know what happened to Sorrel, but she's obviously fine now, so no life has been lost, airgo, no need for worry.

I tried that ball think once.
Except it was a rock. And I threw it at a window. And it was real. It was an old window, one on the house that we were tearing down, but still.
Balls don't work, because they always bounce right back.

Balls don't always come back to you. You have to throw it in a certain way in order for them to come back completely. If you throw a ball at a wall, that it will more than likely go past you, 10 feet to your left. Yes, it will bounce right back, but not to you.

Metaphorical balls always come straight at me. Even when I throw to no where they come back.
That's why I try not to get mad.
I try to stay sane.
I try to keep it all inside.
Because when I finally throw the ball it hits me in the face.
I really do have a way of making everything sound depressing. I swear my life isn't as sad as I make it seem. I don't know why I do this. D:

I don't keep my anger inside, and neither should you. If I want someone I don't like to shut up, I tell them. If I feel like punching something, I punch my pillow. Don't bottle up your emotions, or else they'll break free and permanently change you.
God, I feel like a therapist or something xD

I finally stopped my panicking. ;3
I went to my friends party and ate a bunch of sugar then I came to my house where my parents were having a party for someone else. And ate more sugar.
the party is still going on and I'm so tired but am staying up because i ate too much sugar and everyone is partying. :D

I don't usually eat very much sugar.
But last night was an exception.
The most sugar I probably ate at one time was a few weeks ago at my other friend's sleepover party.
That was amazing.
But last night I went to two sugary parties. What do you expect?

In 4th grade on Valentine's Day, my best friend Jacob ate around 80 pixie sticks (we didn't count- he just ate two bags) and jumped around on the desk when the teacher went out of the classroom. He bounced extremely high when people started joining him and his head knocked onto the roof, and you those square tiles on the roof? He knocked 5 of them out of place. It was awesome :3

I used to know a girl who had a very high metabolism. She sat at lunch begging people to give her their extras, even stuff she didn't like.
She could eat more then six quesadillas and a whole pizza at lunch time plus all of the extras from everybody's trays.
And she always snuck snacks to school and ate them secretly because she wasn't supposed to and she technically wasn't supposed to eat everyone else's unwanted food.
I think she moved away but I haven't seen her in a long time.

My school always throws away extra milk apples etc. The people who watched us wheren't supposed to give those items to us and we weren't supposed to get seconds.
