+Appearance *Long Description*+

Vinepaw is a sleek she-cat, with lithe muscles rippled underneath her pelt. She is of normal height and length, though her tail is a bit longer than average; one of the reasons her prefix was vine, she thinks. She has a bit less muscle than other apprentices, simply because she did not do battle-training, nor hunting-instructed. Her claws are slightly curved which is a big advantage for collecting and preparing herbs for her clan.

Her pelt is unique, yet nothing out of the usual. It is a light brown with small, slightly darker stripes crossing horizontally over her back and other various body parts. Her chest and muzzle are white, the former being an off version of it though. Her whiskers are the same, and are long like her tail.

Her eyes are a minty green usually, though if she is troubled they can deepen to look like a regular tree-leaf. Her eyes are usually lighter green, as it is very hard for them to darken so much.

The symbol for Vinepaw is the scorpion, as will be for obvious reasons soon explained. This creature was chosen because it typifies many of the characteristics of this she-cat. Vinepaw as a cat is not necessarily aggressive on her own, unless provoked and in general would rather be contemplative. She craves alone time and often becomes extremely annoyed when she doesn’t get it. She is a great secret keeper and feels each emotion more intensely than other signs. Perhaps because of this she is able to be quite discerning when assisting cats with their problems. She is able to cut to the bottom line and show others the best and the worst in their lives.

Vinepaw is not fearful individual, often trying things that others would not attempt. This is because she became self-aware at an earlier age than most other kits. This also gives her a custodial feel toward other cats and they have an inflamed sense of justice when it comes to standing up for those who lack that ability. She is very interested in what makes people tick on the inside and are often in practice of types of things that allow her to discover things about the internal workings of others.

Upside: She exhibits extreme self-control in many areas, and as a result expect that of those around her. She is disciplined, protective and is very interested in others. She give of herself but does not expect the same in return. Vinepaw needs to be the leader, and excel at problem solving and troubleshooting projects and situations.

Downside: Vinepaw practically invented the term ‘vendetta’. Once she is crossed, they don’t forget it. Her angry side is worse about this than the others, often possibly going decades without making amends with friends and family. Vinepaw also tend to be pessimistic, often seeing threats where there aren’t any, which can make her suspicious, stubborn and paranoid without cause.
