Awakening.... {[Open]}

Azalia's eyes flickered open. Where-? Where am I? Her heart rate increased. She couldn't hear too well, and her vision was slightly blurry. She found it hard to get up, but after a bit managed to force herself up. Her hearing cleared a bit, and she could hear a faint beeping noise. She sat there on the hospital bed, confused for a few moments. Then she realized something that just might be. Am.. I home? She tried to access the game menu, but found that it did not work. She just now noticed the nerve gear, and took it off. Her senses were coming back, and she fell back onto the bed. I guess I'll wait for someone to come. Eventually a nurse came to check on her, then time seemed to slip by. Her mother, and her sister came by. They all had a good cry.

(lol, how about a week? In the Anime it took him a few months to recover^^)

Azalia woke up around a week later. She was still a bit frail, but much healthier. She took a deep breath, and covered her eyes. Sword Art Online had been haunting her. Every single night she would have the same dream, it would be about a random creature from the game, except around ten times larger. People were attacking it, but it killed every one of them. She watched player after player shatter into many mirror-like shards. Every time the monster would turn towards her quickly, and kill her before she would have time to react. She became a bunch of scattered shards, staring out from one of them and trying to break out of the shard. Then her dream would end. She looked over at her nerve gear. I've met good friends in SAO... And I promised I would play Virtual Reality games if they were still out. The only friends I've actually gotten along with well played SAO, Kirito probably is playing Alfhiem this minute. A loyal sidekick never leave's the hero's side. She thought to herself, then sighed. She got up and decided to look for a sort of friend she had known in real life, she had been a gamer like her, but decided to wait for the ratings for SAO to come out before playing. She was bound to have at least fifteen different Alfhiem games.

Once Azalia found her friend's house, which she remembered was actually just down the road, she rung the doorbell. Luckily she was home, and invited her inside. She was surprised when she heard Azalia ask if she had Alfhiem, but gave Azalia the game. Azalia ended up leaving after that, but apologized that she didn't stay long. She walked back to her house, then sat on her bed and just stared at the game.

Azalia sighed. "Oh well... It's safer than SAO, might as well..."She said to herself, and stood up. She got her nerve gear ready, but didn't put it on right away. She Stared at it a bit before sighing. She put it on and lied down on her bed. "Link start!"

A while after Azalia's eyes flickered open. She took off her nerve gear, and tossed it down onto the floor. She sighed and lied back down. "That was terrifying!" She said to herself. She got up and walked over to her computer and began to look up facts about Alfheim for a few minutes.

After a while Azalia got off the computer and went over to her bookshelf. She found a book she'd already read and sat down on her bed. She only read one page since she already knew what would happen. After that she just sat there, looking around her room. She was back home. After a while she tried pulling up the menu, like she did almost every day, and felt surprise when it did not show up. Oh, right, silly me!

Azalia looked over at her clock. It wasn't as late as she had thought. She decided to go get something to eat and came back with an apple. She bit into it and stared at her gear. I guess I don't really have much to do... She thought to herself. She went over and got it ready, then lied down on her bed. She put it over hear head. "Link, start." She said half-heartedly.
