Name: Stone
Age: 24 moons
Gender: Male
Rank: Deputy
Clan/Tribe: BloodClan
Appearance: He is light grey with green eyes. He has a really long tail and a huge build. He has a look of pure evil in his eyes.
Personality: He is pure evil, actually plotting to make Morrigan lose her last life at the right time. He is slowly trying to get followers. He wants a lot of respect when he becomes the leader. Although, at times, he shows genuine concern for his Clanmates. He saved one of his Clanmates (NPC) lives.
History: Was born into BloodClan and became vicious. He will stop at nothing to become a leader. When he was born, he was an outcast. When he became an apprentice, he showed everyone he was evil.

Hello Silver! :)
This is a form for an Hp, right? HP forms must be very detailed, since they are important characters to every clan.
Usually you need somewhere no less than 5 sentences for Personality, another 5 sentences for appearance, and 3 or so sentences for History. You can not do Pelt/Eye hue for HPs, I'm afraid. You have to actually describe what they look like. If you want an example just check out any other accepted HP forms.
If you just explain Stone a little bit more, I'd be glad to accept him as deputy :)
