I have no idea what is going on so I am just going to have to quoute what Meg said from agesss ago.....
I have *somehow* managed to survive every summer! (Still doesn't stop me for complaining about it. XD)
Summer is not THAT bad if you stay indoors all day in the nice air-con. (You see, that is what I do...:p) The main issue is that if you were to go OUTSIDE, and it is literally like hell out there. Not fun.^^
A lot of people overseas seem to have an image of everyone over in Australia being outdoors all day in the summer....That is not the case, as it is usually too hot to actually to go outside and do anything. I am talking about SOME days it is too hot to do anything. Other days the temperature is fine. There are just a lot of ups and downs in the temperature.
And Kit.....POST THOSE 13 POSTS! XD

I don't imagine you guys outside all summer.
I'm pretty sure only the crazy people do that.
A lot of people, including adults, think you are just a huge wilderness. They don't understand you are normal people with normal cities.

And we were talking about me cutting my finger really deep and having to get stitches yesterday.

Urgh. A friend of mine who came from overseas thought we wore cork hats all of the time. XD A lot of people seem to think that almost EVERYONE in Australia lives in the desert. That is not the case. A lot more than half of the population of Australia live on the coast, and the outback is actually a very remote place.
The few times I have been in the desert, you can drive for HOURS straight, and you will still be driving by the same person's property. And I am talking like 6-10 hour drive straight. And I actually have not even been that very far out in the outback.
Actually, you would surprised at how many dead animals are found alongside the road in the desert areas. There are actually a LOT of dead kangaroos/ emues, and occasionally an echidna that you would drive by that is rotting away. The sad thing is, that a lot of the dead animals you see on the road are not even native, but domesticated/introduced ones that have gone feral. Such things as sheeps, goats, cats, foxes and dogs.
Congrats kit! Now you have to go and try and beat Meg and Smoke's amount of posts posts.Good luck. :D
