Ugh, I found where you can check if it is off. In Profile, go to Preferences. Something like this should show up:

Good thing because I didn't want to tear out my adrenal. If I did that and I got Thyroid Cancer later in life they wouldn't be able to remove the cancer because then they would have to remove the thyroids and then two of my organs in my adrenal system would be gone and I wouldn't be able to handle stress and might die.
(Um. I have a family history with adrenal problems. ;~;)
