Entering forbidden land (Open to all wolves of the Pack of Never Ending Winter)

Red came up beside Tarlio and took a sniff. " Oh my gosh this is great!" she said quietly. She looked around, her ears swiveled in search of a patrol.

"I know," Tarlio barked back with excitement, "I can just taste the food already! Come on, lets keep going. Just be wary of pack wolves. We don't want to be caught stealing their prey."
With that, the timber wolf began to lead the way deeper into the territory, head bowed once more, sniffing for a sign of prey in the area.

Red separated from him her nose to the ground and her eyes staring ahead.

Tarlio's head shot up as if it was spring-loaded. His dark, sensitive ears swiveled in all directions, trying to pick up another sound or movement.
In an equally strong voice, without hint of fear or unease, the loner barked back, "Who's there?"

Ah, crap. Oran wasn't expecting him to not even show a hint of fear. This wolf seemed to be all bravery.
"No one you need to know. Tell me what you are doing on this territory," Oran ordered, gaining back a bit of his courage.

Tarlio was impressed at the constant steadiness in the wolf's voice. "We seek food and shelter from the Pack of Never Ending Winter. Are you of this pack, boy?"

Not minding the wolf had called him 'boy', as he was often called worse, he replied easily. "I am. Where do you come from?" He questioned again. He was anticipating the questions his leader would ask him so he would not get in trouble for not interrogating them.

Ooc: Gosh wait for me to reply to something like this.

Red walked right up to the wolf she stood exactly in front of him. " Listen, bud. Me and Tarlio just want food. Once we get our food, we'll get off this territory of yours and leave ok? Then we won't bother you ANYmore." she said sternly. She was about the wolf in front of her's height. " Though I don't make ANY promises." she added quietly.

Surprised the wolfette had so easily found the omega, Oran took a small step back in shock. Not even the alphas could locate him when he hid away. How was it that this wolf did?
Gaining back his foul mood from earlier, Oran gave a small glare to the creature in front of him. "You are not allowed to hunt on our territory. This is our ground. If you decide to go against our rules I assure it will not end well for you and Tarlio," He growled as he mimicked her partner's name.
They were either siblings, good friends, or mates. There was no other rational option for them to be travelling together. They would not dare leave the other for the sake of them self. Oran planned to make sure to take advantage of that.

" Hmm. So what would you do if I alreadycaught something?" she said. Red rain behind a tree before coming back with a baby deer.

Oran growled at the wolfette in front of him. She had just broken one of the most sacred rules of the entire pines and now he was going to blamed! His status would go even lower and he would be looked down upon more than ever before!
He had to get the respect back. If not for himself, then for his mother. But now was not the time.
"You idiotic piece of dung!" He spat out. "I was trying to warn you. You will be imprisoned at best by my leader for that show of pure ignorance!" By this time of yelling. He hoped to attract someone from his pack.

Ooc: No one plays Marcios, the leader, so far so he's kind of a controllable player. Is it okay if I control him for this thread?

Edit: Never mind, Roo plays him. But he need sot be mean to them, since in his adoption form it says he is fierce and merciless :3

Tarlio finally found where the two wolves were and stepped between them to try and calm things down. "Peace, Red," he growled at his friend, before turning and staring at the young pack wolf. "What is your name?" the loner asked him in a calm voice.

Ooc: Yeah, I'm going to bring that lot in in a sec :3

Red narrowed her eyes before taking her prey and dragging it away she sat down not far from the other wolf and began to chew on the meat of the deer. It satisfied her terrible hunger greatly.

Ooc: Can I bring Rak in too? If not its okay.

"I'll tell you when she stops eating," Oran growled, staring intently at the wolfette. He may not bean alpha, but he was pretty stubborn for his age and size. All he was trying to do here, was save his own hide. And that wolfette was insuring his death.

Red rolled her eyes and stopped, she threw the prey to him. " Why don't you bring that to your pack to eat? If your pack seems to need all of the prey cause they are running short on it."she growled.

"Calm yourselves, please!" Tarlio hissed through his teeth at the two wolves. He was conscious that the pack wolf's camp may not be too far away, and if they kept at each other like this then the noise will reach all the way back to True Ice.
But it was too late. A deep, menacing howl echoed around them as an enormous black figure appeared on the horizon, glaring at them with demonic red eyes. It didn't pause for long as it's loping gait came rushing towards the group, more wolves behind it. Now they were in real trouble.

Ooc: I think we should let either Meg or Shroud to reply next..

Ooc: I'll tell Meg she's needed :3 it's okay to bring in your wolf btw Kit. I don't mind.

Rak stood behind Marcios. His lips pulled back to reveal white fangs, he growled. Red stood up, her body suddenly frozen in fear.

Brisgean had been following the sounds of imposter wolves ever since they had entered the territory.
Stupid things probably didn't know there were ancient tunnels of ice laced under all of the territory. Even here, where pines covered the ground, there were smaller tunnels of rock and dirt.
Once she heard the footsteps above her slow, and footsteps of her own pack arrive, she decided to make an appearance.
It sounded like it was getting pretty out-of-paw up there.
She carefully located the closest opening to where a now large group of wolves was.
Once she emerged she saw the imposters were in a slight valley with a hill on each side. One of the young Pack wolves was down there, seemingly arguing with them. On the hill across from her Rak and Marcios stood defensively, Marcios even howling.
She almost laughed.
The imposters didn't look like much of a threat, and it seemed like half of the pack was there.
They probably didn't need some useless old wolf in their way.
So she sat on top of the hill. Maybe some wolf would eventually notice her.

As soon as Oran noticed her, the omega gave a flick of his ear towards the alphess out of respect. He didn't need to be in more trouble than he already was.
Seeing that Marcios had this under control now, and was quite mad as well, Oran backed up into the crowd of wolves, giving a small apologetic glance at Tarlio. It seemed like he was more for peace, and wasn't quite as.... showy as his friend.

Black lips drawn right back in a vicious, bloodthirsty snarl that showed off his yellow stained teeth and reddish-pink gums, Marcios leaped forward, charging head on towards the stranger-wolves. The leader's ears where folded in fury, his hackles raised and his yellow eyes were blazing at the sight of loners.
It wasn't long before the huge male reached the group at the bottom of the slope, Marcios towered over the male loner, barking wildly at him, spraying his face with saliva. "What in the star's names are you doing on my territory?" Hissed the black wolf maliciously, knocking the russet loner to the floor.

Tarlio starred up, bewildered, terrified, but a small hint of courage still remaining. That same small hint of courage never seemed to leave him, and now he needed it as much as any time.
"We come from the North," Tarlio answered, struggling to his feet, "Me and my friend seek shelter within your pack."
The black wolf hissed and spat back, "The Pack of Never Ending Winter doesn't care for loners and rouges. Leave here. Now!"

Marcios looked up the slope until his eyes met the figure of another wolf. His hackles raised higher until he soon realized it was only Brisgean. The leader gave a grunt to summon her. The old one was wise and cool-headed in these situations. A trait Marcios had been told he lacked... by Brisgean, as a matter of fact, had told him such a thing.

When Marcios saw Brisgean and appeared to call her forward, she began to walk down the hill she was on.
She leaped from boulder to boulder until she was at the bottom of her hill, where the other wolves were.
Brisgean stood tall, her tail and head up and she padded gracefully over to the trespassers.
Even old wolves could be graceful.

Marcios gave an irritated flick of his ear in some kind of greeting to the old one. "Brisgean," he said, "These wolves are tresspassing on our land. They say they want to became part of the pack. What do you think?"
