Tarlio, seeing that the elder wolf was busy tending to the two wolves he and Red had battled earlier, lay down inside the den and tried to clean his own wounds as best he could. He paid special attention to a large scar Azar inflicted on hes chest that hurt a lot.

Brisgean cursed silently at the amount of wolves now in the den with her. She was looking at Azar's battle wounds when the others came in.
"Can it wait a moment?" she asked, frustrated. She didn't wait for a reply before she snuck away to the corner to grab some leaves to cover Azar's wound with and a soft pelt so he could prop himself up.
"Just stay laying here," she whispered in the injured wolf's ear as she pressed down the leaves on some of his biggest cuts.
She turned toward the two new wolves and Liath. "What's wrong with you all?" she asked. "Who's hurt worst?"

" Tarlio." Red answered before Tarlio first got a chance to reply. She had noticed his wounds were larger, he need to go first.

Tarlio's ear fell flat against his head in embarrassment at going first, but he didn't protest. His scars hurt an awful lot, so he guessed he could do with a good looking at.
"It's this one on my chest that hurts the most," the loner told the elder wolf, presenting the wound.

Brisgean stepped forward to look at Tarlio and his wounds. He had a few small scratches all over him, but a very deep one was planted on his chest.
"Go sit down next to Azar while I go grab some more leaves from the back of the den," she said to the strange new wolf as she began padding to he corner.

Tarlio, doing what he was told by the elder wolf clearly grouchy about having all these wolves in her den, limped over to Azar and slumped down next to him.
"You've got quite a healer there," He said to his past enemy.

"I'm not a healer!" Brisgean called from the back of the den. "And I've got great ears, too."
She walked back out with leaves in her mouth. They tasted bitter and tickled in her mouth, but she ignored the feeling.
"Stay still," she said, placing the first few leaves on his chest wound carefully. She suddenly pushed down harder to make them stay and prepared herself for Tarlio to wince or yelp.
"They're sticky leaves, but they won't stick if they don't have fur and, in this case, blood to stick to," she explained before Tarlio could question her sudden burst of harm.

Though at first Tarlio did wince and groan a little at the shock of sudden and unexpected pain, he made no other retort as he let the elder wolf continue pressing leaves into his wound.
"You're not a healer you say?" the russet loner said through clenched teeth as he bore the stinging of the leaves, trying to make small talk with the she-wolf, "You're very good at it for a non-healer."

"I'm old," she said as she began pushing leaves into his shallower cuts. "I've seen a lot of things and have a lot of experience."
She winced herself trying not to bring flash-backs to her mind.
"You all fought good," she changed the subject. "Next time watch carefully for your opponents weaknesses. You can win and win quicker if you just find their Achilles Heel."

"And I'd still beat you," Brisgean said smugly. "I've fought for more than 100 moon cycles. And, well, you don't seem to have much practice at all."
She put the leaves on his last cut and stood up to check him for more.
"Did I miss one?"

"No, I think you got them all," Tarlio grunted, heaving himself up and laughing slightly at the older wolf's comments, "And you'd be right there. I could only teach myself for almost a year, and when a real fight came upon me I only had half a moon to prepare for it. Now, would you mind taking a look at my friend for a moment?"

"Of course," Brisgean said. "Then I'll finish on Azar and you can all leave me alone. By the way, Azar, good job staying still. Just keep waiting there."
Brisgean suddenly heard a sarcastic groan from the back of the den.
"I fought, too," Brisgean heard Liath bark out.
Brisgean just groaned on reply.

Liath shrugged. She didn't like bragging.
Liath's eyes trained on Brisgean and watched as the elder skillfully and swiftly helped the other wolves.
It made Liath wonder how and why Brisgean was so skilled at healing if she was a fighter, but she didn't think much about it.

OOC: You guys want to just speed up and skip a few posts and pretend everyone's been treated?
I'm running out of things to make Brisgean do to be all healer-y. xD

I know me and Smoke were planning on Tarlio and Oran to grow a sort of brotherly relationship with each other, but if we start bonding sessions with those two here, it might get really boring for you guysXD
