The Fight ~Closed~

Ooc: Looking good, Meg :3

Tarlio looked wearily but gratefully at the leader. His head had just stopped spinning and the ringing in his ears had dulled a little. The timber wolf nodded respectfully at Hohn and began to stagger over to Luna.
He had to say sorry. He couldn't stand the thought of his beloved Luna having to stay here with Oburoka. And it was his fault.
Tarlio found the white wolf and stood before her, hardly being able to keep his balance. "Luna, I'm sorry," her blurted, "I failed you."

Luna's blue eyes slightly clouded over with pain after her father spoke to her and continued to announce to the fighters what the result was. Hohn wouldn't be able to stop Oburoka from hurting her. If he became her mate, they would become the Alpha and Alphess in only a few moons.
The white body of the wolfette decided to stand up wearily as Tarlio approached her.
"It's alright, Tarlio," Luna barked softly, though it was not alright. Sadly, she put her muzzle against Tarlio's left side of his neck.
"I can give you a few herbs for your journey. Father would have to let me do that," She said almost pleadingly, glancing at her father in the background. Where had the fun, strong future alphess gone? It was packing up to leave with Tarlio, but leave Luna's mind and body behind.

Tarlio nodded, still panting. "We'll have to be quick, I will be leaving soon."
The timber wolf's heart tugged as the realization of possibly never seeing Luna again hit him, and the thought of her being stuck here with that mongrel, Oburoka, only made him feel sick.

Luna nodded, before turning tail and going to the den where they kept all of the herbs. Once inside she looked down at the choices and picked out 3 herbs; Burnet, Chamomile, and Lamb's ear.

Tarlio watched the white wolf as she gathered his herbs. She was so clever. He was going to miss her terribly.
The timber wolf sat down slowly, groaning in pain as every part of him ached in a different way as his body changed position.

Luna walked over to Tarlio, ignoring the searing pain in her shoulder. It would go away soon enough, so she shouldn't worry about it.
She dropped the herbs in front of the wolf and looked him in the eye. "I'm going to miss you so much," She barked, her voice breaking when she said 'much'. It was an understatement for her.

Ooc: I was thinking that when Tarlio leaves, he meets Oran and they become like brothers quickly (but Oran doesn't have any feelings for him :p). When he hears about Luna dying from infection from rumors -Basically talking about the future Alphess of the Pack of True Ice is close to leaving this astral plane- they go running to their territory with permission from their leader. :3

OOC: Are you actually gonna kill Luna?

Ooc: No, not with this plan. I don't have a plan for her demise quite yet. But she's a strong wolf so she'll last for awhile. She'll almost die, visit their version of 'StarClan', being half dead and her ancestors will take pity on her :3 But with a price. That I haven't come up with yet .-.

Ooc: Lol, no Meggita. I'm talking more like how in the Mortal Instrument Series, Alec DIES. But the angel revives him when Clary wishes for it, and BOOM! He's alive again. But Sebastian, Valentine's son and actual demon, comes back to life as well.
I'm thinking Oburoka has something done to him, making him more powerful or something.

Ooc: Yeah, sounds good guys XD I just read through all those posts. Weirdest. Conversation. Ever!! So will Oran become part of this pack or will he go back to his own pack?

Tarlio licked her tenderly on the forehead. "I'm gonna miss you too. Maybe we'll see each other again sometime."
The timber wolf was only saying this to try to bring Luna comfort. He knew in his heart of hearts that it was almost definate that they would never see each other again.
And this hurt him more than any of his wounds ever could.

Ooc: Our convo's are usually much weirder then that. One time we talked about how I forgot how to walk and fell out of my desk, face-planting in the middle of class. She showed me up by telling me how she forgot to breathe. Her words were like 'Hmm... breathe. I know not what this word means. Do I need to breathe? OMG I need to breathe! How do I breathe?! I can't breathe! Oh. That was easy.' XD

Luna looked up at him sadly. Howling could be heard from outside the den, and she signaled for him to go.
The pack had a ceremony for those who were banished. A wolf would stand at one end, all the other wolves surrounding the banishee. The wolf would state why he or she was being thrown out, the wolves would howl and clear a path for the one leaving. When they reached the end of the path, all wolves would turn around, signifying them turning their back on that wolf.
Luna would not be part of the wolves that would turn their back, for the only one that would not turn around was the announcer, also the one closest to the wolf being banished.... aka her.

Ooc: Weired o.O XD

Tarlio knew what he had to do for this. To him, it seemed a little cruel, though he supposed other wolves were banished for worst crimes than his. The timber wolf stepped out of the den and put the pouch of herbs that was in his mouth down by his paws to speak.
"I, Tarlio, have been banished from the Pack of True Ice for the crime of Failure. I am now destined to wonder alone until another pack takes me, or to the end of my days."
Tarlio could feel the lump in his throat growing as he witnessed the pack howling, most were angry, some emotionless, and the loner was able to find one or two that were mournful... Luna.

Ooc: Lol, I know right?

Luna sadly walked out of the den, the wolves surrounding both Tarlio and Luna, like it was they who were fighting instead of him and Oburoka.
"You have failed to impress the Pack of True Ice, and are forced into banishment. If any wolf in this pack is to see you on our land ever again, they have permission to take your life," She barked loudly.
"Do you understand this, Tarlio?" She stated the question, her voice hard and trying not to whimper and cry in the corner like she wanted to right now.

Tarlio turned his head to Luna, eyes full of pain and understanding. Turning back to the rest of the wolves, he barked, loud, clear, strong: "I understand."
With that, the timber wolf began to walk slowly down the center of the pack, now spit to let him pass. When he reached the edge of the clearing, he turned his head slightly, watching the pack, all except Luna, turn their backs on him.
And moments later, the loner was alone once more, running with a limp across the wide express of white land. He was heading south this time.
There was nothing left in the North for him.

Hohn watched as a lopsided silhouette disappeared into the shadows of the horizon.
He felt sad for the loss of the lone wolf, the wolf who could have lead the pack soon. But now his daughter was stuck with a murderer.
And, in Hohn's own mind, a quite ugly wolf in the first place. His fur was as cold as his heart was.
But Hohn was beginning to turn old. His fur thinning and turning less gold and more yellow everyday. His bones were weakening and he knew he would have to turn the pack over soon.
The Alpha walked over to Luna.
"I'm really sorry, Luna. How's your shoulder?" he murmered, swishing away the pack with his tail.

Luna tensed up at her father's words. "It's fine," She answered, sadness barely seeping into her voice. She did not want to seem weak in front of her father. Where was your mother when you needed her most?

OOC: Want me to RP Snow a little bit here?
I don't know much about her but it's getting hard for me to balance an Alpha with a mate who's mate is not being used at all. .-.

Ooc: Sure :/ I'm bored. You wanna make awesome plans and then abandon them in a week when we get bored with it? :D
